We did this in the Dutch Oven as described but it would be just as good grilled. Just use the leftover sauce for basting.
10 pieces chicken (we used skinned thighs and legs If you use something different just adjust the time.)
Marinade:
1/2 C brown sugar
3/8 C ketchup
3/8 C soy sauce
1/4 C chicken Broth
1 1/4 tsp. minced gingerroot
1 tsp. minced garlic
Set aside 2/3 C or marinade. Add the rest to chicken and marinate over night.
We cooked it in the Dutch oven for 30 min., poured the remaining sauce over it and cooked another 30 min. It was perfect!

MISSION STATEMENT
Sisters, I lost Mom's recipe for her lemony grahamy dessert...do one of you have it?
Sisters, I have been invited to a potluck with no theme, what is your favorite, no fail potluck recipe?
Sisters, try not to snort when we laugh.
There, I have done it...this will be our collective recipe book. We can make our own headings, invite anyone and everyone to join and add to our collections and really create something wonderful, at least to me with my ripped out recipes and stained pages from books and magazines...
And, it is SOOOOOO easy! Give it a try!
