Moms Lemon Dessert
1 can evaporated milk
6 TBLS lemon juice (2 lemons)
1 C sugar
9 graham crackers (18 squares)
Chill milk overnight or in freezer for 15 minutes. Whip until thick. Beat in lemon juice then sugar.
Crush graham crackers and put most of th in the bottom of a 9x9 pan. Pour in milk mixture and sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Freeze until ready to serve.
Eat!
Just made moms refrigerator pickle recipe. Yum! Anyone need it?

ReplyDeleteI just found that one with jello. This other one was from a friend in Livermore and its frozen so its a little different. I guess it depends on whether you want frozen or just fridge. I also remember this one of moms being denser. The other one is more mousse like.
